You don't need one assistant that does everything badly. You need four that each do one thing well, and a chief of staff who keeps them pointed in the same direction.
This is the walkthrough for the Try It Tonight prompt from Issue #11. It takes about ten minutes.

Think of it like hiring four people and giving them an office.
The Project is the office. Each role you write is a person who works there. Your hot start doc is their onboarding packet, the thing that tells them who you are. The instructions are the team handbook, how they work together. Once all four things exist, you stop briefing from scratch every time you open a chat.
This only works if your team actually knows you. Set up your hot start document first if you haven't: Meet Your AI (Hot Start Doc). You'll upload it in step 4.
Open a new chat, not a Project yet, and paste this:
"Generate the system instructions for my virtual team. First, a Chief of Staff, the orchestrator, who turns talk into action and makes sure a conversation ends with a decision instead of another item on my to-do list. Second, a parenting sounding board who helps me think through toddler behavior and family life in general, calm and practical, never preachy. Third, a financial organizer for budgets and financial planning. Fourth, a logistics agent who keeps me ahead on meals, groceries, and the school year calendar. Write instructions for each one, and instructions for how they operate as a team."
Swap in your own roles. Mine are built around toddlers and a business. Yours might need a career coach, a health tracker, or someone who handles your side hustle. Ask for the file in markdown so it's easy to copy from later.
